We will give you a full Money Back Guarantee when you return the products if they are not to your satisfactory,excluding any postal costs.

Payment by cheque

orders paid by cheque will not be dispatched until cheque clearance.

General

All food you purchase from Everyday Essentials 2009 will either be In-Date, Out-Of-Date, or On-Date. All our products are Best Before not Use/Sell by (where as you should not eat anything after the Use/Sell by date but Best Before is okay, please check up on this at www.lovefoodhatewaste.com). All our deliveries are double checked (by 2 persons) before leaving our Warehouse. Please check on delivery that your order is not damaged or there is any shortages (please contact within 2 working days any damages or shortages to your order).

 Delivery

Orders placed before Fridays 12pm will be dispatched within 48hrs. Ordes placed after Fridays 12pm will be dispatched Mondays (excludes Bank holidays).

Any delivery in the Barnsley area (free over £20) must be booked into a delivery slot by contacting us after ordering.

Anyone wishing to order in the Leeds area can arrange to pick up free (within 48hrs) from Morley market hall.
